Gymanfa Ganu - Welsh Hymn Singing Festival

This Cymanfa Ganu held at the United Welsh Church will be an afternoon of congregational singing, together with some items presented by the Ipswich Orpheus Chorale. It will be followed by an afternoon tea. Some ladies of the Church will wear Welsh national dress.The United Welsh Church at Blackstone is a non-denominational church, founded by Welsh miners and their families. It is now the only remaining Welsh Church in Queensland and in 2021 it celebrates its 138th year of worship.
