A Time Traveller's Dance

Welcome to the Time Travellers' Dance through Australian history. Join us for an evening of high spirited music and dancing to fantastical traditional live music with Australia's only early colonial dance ensemble "Phillip’s Dog". We'll dance to Bush tunes, Irish jigs, Scottish reels, and English hornpipes. Come dressed as an historical character - bushranger, convict, lady or gentleman - or just come as you are. Comfortable clothing is best, and flat shoes. An easy, fun, accessible social activity that is open to anyone; no experience is necessary and all dances will be taught. Folk dances are joyful events that turn a roomful of strangers into a roomful of smiling friends by evening's end.
