Have you ever wondered what your house or street may have looked like in the past? Are you intrigued by who may have lived there and what their lives were like?  

Learn how to uncover the history of your house and explore the heritage of homes in Rockhampton with a talk led by our Local and Family History Officer.

Based on resources available at the History Centre in the Rockhampton Regional Library, the talk will introduce you to a variety of materials, including maps, Council rates books, directories, photographs, newspapers, and databases that will allow you to piece together the history of your home.
