Heritage Appeals
The National Trust relies on your kind donations and support to help promote the conservation of Queensland’s heritage sites, by running public appeals, known as Heritage Appeals.
National Trust Heritage Appeals are administered on behalf of third parties to raise funds for conservation and restoration works. The National Trust of Australia (Queensland) is committed to supporting the advocacy and preservation of special places.
The National Trust of Australia (Queensland) is a community-based organisation dedicated to the conservation of our environmental, built and cultural heritage.
All donations to the Trust are tax-deductible. The Australian Tax Office permits the National Trust to extend this tax-deductibility to heritage-related appeals operated by other organisations. These appeals are known as ‘Heritage Appeals’.
Since the 1980s the National Trust has helped raise millions of dollars for important heritage places, including Brisbane's City Hall.
The Heritage Conservation Appeals offer contributors the ability to claim their charitable donations as a tax deduction. This tax-deductable donation is vital to our conservation of historical buildings.
